After not spending time on my blog, I guess I forgot all the user names and passwords. But I finally figured it out. It's good to be back. There has been much going on here since last posting. But more of that later. I just wanted to say Hi and hope you all will send me a note or two. Updates to come soon!

I enjoy my family including my husband Bennie of 34 years, a hard worker and avid sailor, my 3 girls Melissa, April and Jennifer, grown and married, son Matthew, and my 6 grandchildren (Yikes, it's hard to believe)! I am a homemaker and part-time driving instrutor. After raising all of our children, I became more involved with my husband in the trucking industry. I got a class A CDL and hit the road for a time. In 2003 we decided to come home from being on the road together. I decided to stay home for over a year. I've loved my time at home, putting in a garden, sailing a bit more this summer and cooking at our church. I have 4 sisters and 3 brothers who live all over the country. I love the chance to visit them. My life goal is to serve my Lord and bring glory to Him, to be the best wife, mother and grandma I can be. I love to encourage friends and spend time socializing and making yummy meals to share. I love a good red wine occasionally and like to stay fit. And I love to hear from my friends and family, so I hope you will post comments here on my blog!
